Contact us with your order number and what item(s) are missing. You should also note any damages to the box or if the package has plastic tape. Occasionally, packages get damaged during transit, and the carrier will replace them. Their packing methods usually lack our typical finesse.

Usually, an email with the tracking information is sent when we label the box. Checking that information on the carrier’s website will show you the latest information on the delivery estimate. Sometimes, the package may be delayed due to weather-related issues during transit.
If the package is marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, first check with household members, neighbors, and family to see if they have it. If they do not, please contact us, and we will have the carrier launch an investigation to locate the package.
